I go to Vegas all the time for work and fun; cheap or free don't exist in the same universe in that town; hell those words do not exist there now that the economy has tanked on them...paying for the bar tab with ticket money is the way to go.

250 tickets at $100 each = $25,000
I am not sure how much it costs to rent a ballroom at Paris but there are far cheaper places in Vegas. Most of the traveling business conferences rent ballrooms at off-strip properties which are actually still close to the strip. For example, Alexis Park (375 E. Harmon Ave.).

Dear Anonymous,
Hi.
The money goes to the cost of food, beverage and swag. The ballroom is actually given to us free for meeting the food and beverage and let's be honest its mainly beverage for this crowd. At $99 a night I don't think the Alexis Park really has much of a chance in the contest, I remember it and its multi colored, dry iced filled pools well.

Are you pre-printing badges for attendee's? If so is there any way we can change the character name or corp we originally signed up with?
